A young red fox runs along a ditch in search of the next meal. Red foxes is a member of the canidae species and are found throughout Canada. Foxes spend most of the time alone except during the breeding season. Red foxes are good parents they will return their catch to their young and care for them until they are old enough to fend for themselves.
This photograph was taken with my Canon 7D Mark II camera and a Canon 70-300 mm lens at 135 mm. The shutter speed was set at 1/800 second, the aperture was set to f5 and ISO was set at 125.
Early in the morning a mother raccoon and her baby scurry quickly across the road after having their morning drink from the lake. This photograph was take with my Canon 7D Mark II camera and a Sigma 150-600 mm lens set at 600 mm. The shutter speed was set to 1/500 second, the aperture was set to f6.3 and the ISO was set to 400.

The timber wolf is found throughout Ontario and Quebec but is more plentiful in the north areas. They usually live in packs of up to 8 wolves with one alpha male, one alpha female and a number of younger wolves. Only the alpha's mate and produce offspring. This photograph was taken with my Canon 7D camera and my 400 mm lens. The shutter speed was set at 1/800 second, the aperture as set at f5.6 and the ISO was set at 125.
