Captured a young buck whitetail deer looking for food in the winter forest. Like other wildlife, young deer spend allot of time searching in the winter woods for sometime to eat. This photograph was taken with my Canon 7D Mark II camera and a Canon 400 mm lens. The shutter speed was set to 1/400 second, the aperture was set to F6.3 and the ISO was to 2500.
Here are three photographs of whitetail buck deer standing in the snow in the forest. They are all aware of my presence and are keeping a close eye on me. These photographs where taken with my Canon 7D Mark II camera and a Sigma 150-600 mm lens set at 300 to 500 mm. The shutter speed was set to 1/800 second, the aperture was set to F6.3 and the ISO ranged from 2500 to 4000 depending on the light available. All shoots where taken early in the morning, just after sun rise.
